A Provocative Rant About Item Upgrading

Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide

It is crucial to upgrade your equipment to maximize the potential of your gear. It allows you to add additional bonus stats on top of your base level item's value.

Each upgrade template comes with set of options which can be changed via the GUI. These options include the upgrading reference and the possibility of upgrading.

Upgrade components

The process for upgrading armor, weapons and other equipment in Cyberpunk 2077 has been reworked as part of the 2.0 update. Upgrade components are scattered across Night City. The item you wish to upgrade must also include an upgrade slot. The game will display a preview of the expected stats for the item after upgrading. It will also show the component or material required. If you don't have the required level or resource to upgrade an item, the button will read "Blocked."

The items that can be upgraded include armor and weapons and trinkets and gathering tools. The upgrade slots on each of these can be filled with various upgrades that provide attribute bonuses or other effects while the equipment is in use. These upgrades can be obtained through crafting, bought from a vendor, looted or acquired as rewards.

There are two kinds: universal upgrades and gemstones. Universal upgrades are similar to gems and are able to be used in any type of equipment. They provide a lesser bonus than other upgrade components. Obtaining these is fairly simple to obtain, since they are dropped by enemies, or looted throughout the world. Gems however can be obtained by disassembling objects or completing specific tasks.

Upgrades can be replaced by new upgrades in a weapon's upgrade slot, but doing so will damage the previous upgrade. Other upgrades, with the exception for glyphs that are inserted in gathering tools, are not able to be removed from an item once they are placed. Infusions, which are placed in ascended equipment or legendary equipment, and enrichments, which can only be recovered using an upgrade extractor or by salvaging the item using a high-tier salvage kit, can be replaced every hour.

Recycled Items

During the last two world wars, a shortage of natural resources pushed the world to embrace recycling. It is now common to recycle items like paper, aluminum and plastic and give them a new purpose as something different. Recycling actually saves energy and keeps carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. It is also a great method to avoid landfills and conserve natural resources. However, it is crucial to know what materials can and cannot be recycled.

A common mistake people make is to put things that are not appropriate in the recycling bin. These waste products not only pollute the stream, but they can also cause damage to recycling equipment. To avoid this, examine the label and adhere to the guidelines for your recycling program. Cardboard should not be mixed with tin cans or steel cans.  item upgrade  should also be thrown away. Plastic bags can also become entangled in recycling machinery and should be taken to a grocery store for reuse. Other items that should be thrown in the garbage include berry containers and food containers. The only exception to this is glass, which can be used as a building material.

It is essential to look for the label "Made from recycled content" when you are looking for new products. This indicates that the item is made of recycled materials from items that have already fulfilled their purpose. This makes them more eco friendly than brand-new items made from virgin materials. Besides, these materials are a lot cheaper than virgin ones.

You can reuse your old computer phone, tablet, or computer by taking it to a recycle facility. They will reuse this material to make new electronic devices and other useful products. You may even earn money from these companies by donating old ones.

If you want recycling at work to be easier, standardize the colors of the bins and signage at your office. This will reduce confusion and boost participation. You should also create the space within your office for recycling for example, a central bin or a box that is located in the breakroom.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens offer you a second chance of rolling the dice for better stats or more powerful powers. They are usually found in the mystery box or as rare drops from bosses or monsters with skulls. Each token removes one attribute point from damage, and randomly rolls it into a new attribute. You can also reroll extras on items, such as regeneration and speed.

The amount of extras that are added to an item changes with each level. The value of an additional is calculated as a percentage of total stats of the item and rerolling a token can change this value. The value of the item's recycling grows as it gets upgraded. The value of the item's primary stats increases by 3 every time it's upgraded, however the value of the other stats will differ.

Click the dice icon in front of the item in your Inventory to reroll it. You can also press the button on a different lobby of a player, and then select "Reroll". After rerolling, the item will disappear from your collection.

You can buy rerolls and other items in-game from Sagbe which is an in-game Token Shop trader. You can also earn free rerolls redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be redeemed for a variety of items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.

Rerolls can be useful in the beginning of the game, when you have to build up your inventory and dungeon gear. However, they're not the best way to improve your character's stats. Instead, you should concentrate on gaining more skill points. You can also earn bonus points by completing event levels.

You can also change your character's race with a race reroll token, which can be purchased through the Zen Market. This token can be redeemed through certain pack purchases or through the Token Shop. It allows you to change your character's race only once. You can also get it as a reward for completing Meg's cases in the Port Sarim Invasion event.

Leveling

Leveling up an item during the upgrade process can increase its power and stats. It also increases the cost and the amount of materials required to complete the upgrade process. The kind of material needed will depend on the type of item. For instance, weapons utilize the combination of Destruction Stones and Guardian Stones. Armor uses Harmony Leapstones and Shards. The addition of additional materials can boost the chances of success, but it's not a guarantee.

The leveling process uses an algorithm to determine the amount of damage or defense, magic attack or damage an upgraded item will receive during the next upgrade. The formulas differ based on the type of weapon and its rarity. There is also a maximum level per kind of weapon.

The NPC will display an Upgrade option after the item reaches its maximum level. This will allow the player to upgrade the item to the next level by combining it with experience. To maximize the effectiveness of the benefits of this process, players must ensure that their gear is fully leveled prior to trying an upgrade. This way, they can avoid wasting time and resources which could have been used for other upgrades.

The NPC will show two lines when the upgrade is underway. The first line shows the number of Tech Points the upgrade will offer, while the other shows a preview of how the item will look like when it reaches its upgraded level. The preview may not be exact for items that have mods, but it can provide a rough idea of what to expect.

The NPC will also display the cost of upgrading the item. This will include the cost of Technology Points, if applicable. If you own an Accelerator, it will also display the cost. Accelerators can be bought via the Exchange and increase the number of Tech Points gained through an upgrade by 50%. This bonus does not apply to the chance of a product's quality which is reset once the item reaches the mark level.

The Upgrade NPC also offers an option to transfer gear. The Upgrade NPC can also provide a transfer service for gear. This lets players save their progress and experience on a piece and transfer it to a different item in the same slot. This is a great option for players who want to swap out their gear but do not have enough money to purchase a completely new set.
